The QR encodes https://s4c.io/?sn={serial}&cfg={order-string} — the domain is baked in, nothing to configure. This same file is the resolver: hosted at s4c.io, a real phone scan opens it with those params and renders Side B. Default selections (panel mount, regular resolution, and the like) are dropped from the order string, mirroring how SATEC codes omit defaults. The decoder matches the order string against the option table as an opaque key, so codes containing dashes like DI8-250V and AUX-ACDC stay intact.
